How to use: Use this body oil roller blend to clear (anxiety, stress, fatigue) and balance your emotions. Before rolling the oil onto your body, set your intention, choose a word, or pick an affirmation to repeat, pause for a moment, take a few deep, conscious breaths, and set your clear intention on releasing stagnant energies so they may be recycled back to the earth. Shake bottle well then roll on pulse points of the neck, temples, wrists, chest and

soles of feet; breathing the scent in deeply – feel the calm entering your body as this is like

SAFETY TIPS
